Jini Reddy

Books

My new book WANDERLAND will be published by Bloomsbury Books in April 2020.  It's about my journey to connect with the magical in the landscape, in Britain.  Fusing landscape and nature writing, personal reflection and memoir it taps into my fascination for (the healing power of) nature, magic, mysticism, and indigenous knowledge of the land. It also explores the themes of identity and belonging, which are close to my heart. My first, Wild Times ,was published in 2016. Inspired by my desire to know nature in a more heartfelt way, it's a hybrid narrative/ guidebook and won the book prize at the British Guild of Travel Writers Awards 2017. It was also shortlisted for the Travel Media Awards in the same year.
